BioThis journal has changed over the years. I used to update every day, but these days I don't really have time to keep a full time journal.
Every year on my birthday I make a list of big events that happened during that year. And each year I need to have as many events as I was old. So when I turned 30 I wrote down the 29 things I did during my 29th year on earth, etc.
I have a terrible memory though and I forget the great events if I don't write them down. So this will be an "outside the skull" memory storage, to help me remember the good and bad times years down the line.
Expect sporadic updates, only on the big events that are contenders for my list that year.
